About Our Providers

Keri Nola, MA, LMHC

Licensed Psychotherapist * Neurofeedback Trainer * Clinical Supervisor

I founded Path To Growth, LLC in 2006 with the hopes of utilizing my diverse education, training, and experience to create a safe and comfortable environment for people to make the decision to come to terms with past wounds and presently create the life they desire for themselves.

I have a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Central Florida and am Licensed by the Florida Department of Health (MH9466) to provide psychotherapy services.  Additionally, I am a Qualified Supervisor for Registered Mental Health Counselor Interns, a Neurofeedback Trainer,  a Certified Crisis Responder (CCR) trained by the National Organization for Victim Assistance (NOVA), an EMDR Institute trained clinician and have significant training in Clinical Sex Therapy.  I have worked in a variety of settings through the years,  including a residential treatment facility for adolescents, a police department victim services unit, a university setting, and a spiritual community, in addition to my current work in private practice.  I am currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Holistic Theology from the American Institute of Holistic Theology in an effort to expand my spiritual education and thus have increased ability to infuse spiritual aspects of healing  into the therapeutic process with clients in my practice.

I specialize in working with adolescents and adults with particular specialty in recovery from traumatic experiences, complex grief and loss issues and relationship concerns.

Perspective/Treatment Approach

I use an eclectic approach of therapeutic interventions with clients to meet each individual’s unique needs.  Most often I utilize a relational and interpersonal approach, incorporating various mind-body modalities and creative techniques such as art, music, and play.

I have specialized training in Neurofeedback, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), Clinical Sex Therapy, and Energy Psychology and I often find it helpful to utilize these techniques and approaches in addition to traditional talk therapy to bring individuals relatively quick symptom relief with long lasting results.

I believe that we each possess a great potential to reach our goals and live as we desire. With that said, however, I also believe that sometimes even with the best intentions, we let life get in our way.  I see my role as a supporter and active guide of my clients’ personal growth journeys as together we uncover the blocks to accessing your unique skills and abilities to overcome inevitable challenges and enjoy the experience of life.
